Bill goes to the heart of everything that art is and what makes it great. It’s what makes artists great. It’s what makes you great.
Maybe we can’t all paint the “Mona Lisa.” Every time, though, we pick up a paintbrush we connect with something greater. As Bill says in many of his videos, “You are close to God.”
For hundreds of years (or longer), artists played a unique role. Artists’ effect on humanity goes back some 40,000 years when humans first painted in ancient caves. Artists then, like today, share their vision of the world with their fellow man.
Art has nothing to do with paint or brushes or even techniques. It is something bigger. It is, as Bill suggests today, all about sharing the treasures inside your head. You don’t have to be a master artist to do that. All you need is someone to help you release those treasures.
