Bill switches colors to highlight the bushes. You can see the effect he creates much more clearly in this video clip. As Bill warns, you need to use a very light touch with the brush. Bill is really excited for his fans with this highlighting technique. Remember, a very light touch as the brush comes down (or up) the canvas.
