Bill travelled extensively during his long career. He loved people. He believed in the basic goodness of his fellow human beings. He got into trouble or was taken advantage of more than once by opening his heart to others. But he also forged wonderful, lasting relationships with many and touched their lives in a deeply personal way. Bill celebrated his love for his fellow man in his art and the joy he brought us all.
