We’ve talked before about how Bill creates a clear picture in his mind before he starts to paint. Bill developed that ability over a lifetime of work so that it became second nature to him. Rest assured Bill never had “Artists’ Block”. OK, I made up that term. Let’s say Bill was never at a loss to create a new original painting.
