There is a reason Bill spent the bulk of his career searching for the perfect paint. We’ve discussed this idea here and here. The fact of the matter is that, particularly for beginning artists, using the wrong paint could be holding them back from making the progress they should.

For you more experienced artists out there, if you think paint doesn’t matter…wait until you try to sell your artwork.
