Did you ever notice how frequently Bill warns viewers about this problem with applying Magic White™? This is the biggest mistake beginning artists make and can spell disaster even before they begin! When you understand the purpose of Magic White™ you understand why this first layer has to be so thin! You are not painting on top of Magic White™ you are painting into it — you are mixing on the canvas.

Just so you know. You can take a paper towel – lay it on top of magic white and paint on the towel. It will take off any access! Think i learned this from Buck Paulson or Robert Warren.
