Daily Tip Day 366 – Tom

You will want to paint along with this project!

Here we present to you the first step to a project that we filmed with Tom Anderson. We suggest you get out your paint and brushes and paint along with this one.

We start off in the usual place by applying Magic White. We have shown this to you many times but it doesn’t hurt to have a refresher.

Points To Consider:

  • Not too much Magic White.
  • Test with your fingers and scrape off the excess.
  • Alexander’s Magic White is the very best you can find. It is even better than the original formula because it contains no toxins or harsh chemicals. Our original formula had thinner in it.
We recommend NOT to use thinner for any part of your painting process, including clean-up.

If you paint along with this painting, and you’d like for Tom to review your finished work, just send a copy of your finished painting to laurie@alexanderart.com. Tom loves to see what you paint.

Happy Painting!

Laurie and Dawn

This is great, now that summer is gone and the garden is closed for the winter, this is a great way to get me in the mood to paint all winter long.
    Thanks Laurie, Dawn, and Tom.

      Jeff,
The full video will be sent to you over the course of several days. Yes the one you saw was just over two minutes but you will get several videos showing the complete project.

Barbara if you are referring to Tom’s “Into The Snow” project he is using 12″x16″. We do hope you will paint along and submit it for Tom to review next week.
          Happy Painting!
